Guided walks
Three different theme guided walks will take place at the cemetery, starting at the external square.
At 10.00 am: “In the shadow of the west galleries”.
At 10.30 am: “The funerary art of Lucio Fontana”.
At 11.30 am: “The cemetery inside the cemetery: the Jewish cemetery area.”
The reservations are mandatory and can be made at the gazebo from 9.30 and up to the maximum number provided for groups. It is possible to book only one of the proposed visits.
Documentary film
Throughout the morning in the conference room the will be a screening entitled “Distances” – a documentary realized by the students of the Civic School of Cinema Luchino Visconti.
Theatrical play
At the east gallery a short theatrical performance entitled “Biki. Where beauty does not fade” will take place at 11.00 am, interpreted by graduates at the Civic School of theatre Paolo Grassi.
Concert
Finally, at 12.00 there will be a concert “JAzZin ‘The BlueZ” with the Civic School of Music Claudio Abbado.
Other events at the cemetery
Open Air Museum will continue with music, theatre and guided tours every last Sunday of the month until October. The complete program is available HERE. All events are free.
